Bond reduction from $250,000 to $50,000 despite client’s alleged confession.

Mr. Jezic convinced a Circuit Court judge in Prince George’s County to reduce his client’s bond from 250,000 to 50,000 despite his client’s alleged confession to sexual child abuse, and despite two previous unsuccessful attempts in District Court to reduce the bond.  The prosecutor vehemently objected.  The client is now free, and working with Mr. Jezic to prove that he did not confess.
