JKM client acquitted on charge of impersonating a police officer.

Criminal Attorney Rand Lucey convinced a Prince George’s County District Court Judge to acquit his client of impersonating a police officer at the conclusion of the State’s case and before any defense was presented. The client had previously been convicted of the same charge while represented by another attorney.
